Overview
Warehouse Transfers are used to move stock between warehouses in Jiwa. In this section, we cover the different transfer methods available and explain how each option affects stock movement, availability, and warehouse processing.
We look at immediate transfers, where stock is moved directly from one warehouse to another, as well as transfers via in-transit, where stock is recorded as being in transit before it is received into the destination warehouse. We also cover warehouse purchase orders, which provide a more structured process for requesting, sending, and receiving stock between warehouses.
This section is intended to help you understand how to choose the correct warehouse transfer method and process stock movements accurately across multiple warehouse locations.
