Manual Back Order Release

In this article we will look at how to release back orders using the Manual Back Order Release feature in Jiwa.

Manual Back Order Release

This function is used when you want to control which back orders are fulfilled and can be used on sales orders with a back order mode of either Automatic or Manual.

Back order priorities are ignored when this function is used to release back orders

This process is used for;

  1. Processed 'Invoice' or 'Active' order types

  2. Unprocessed 'Active' order types
