Rebates for Jiwa

The Rebates module is an Opal Logic module for Jiwa Financials that is used to manage customer rebate campaigns, rebate accruals, rebate claims, and related credit note processes.

In this section, we cover how rebates are set up, accrued, claimed, allocated, and reported through Jiwa. This includes creating rebate campaigns, reviewing rebate accruals, processing rebate claim credit notes, allocating rebate claims to invoices, and managing manual rebate claims.

The Rebates module is useful where customer rebates need to be calculated, tracked, accrued, and reconciled against sales activity and customer claims.
