Of the stock on hand reports this is the only report that can be run retrospectively, however only quantities on hand are displayed. This report does not show any values.

To run the report select Inventory | Reports | Inventory Quantity As At

Set your report ranges

Note the Select Method of Treating Items on Unprocessed Sales Orders allows you to control how these are treated by the report.
